Electra Battery Materials Corporation (NASDAQ: ELBM; TSX-V:
ELBM) (“Electra” or the “Company”) today announced that Garett
Macdonald has resigned as a member of the Company’s Board of
Directors to devote more time to his growing responsibilities as
CEO of Maritime Resources Corporation.
