ELMS Sets Date for Third Quarter 2021 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Electric Last Mile Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELMS; ELMSW) (“ELMS” or
“the Company”), a pioneer of electric and intelligent mobility
solutions for commercial vehicle customers, announced that it will
report its third quarter 2021 financial results after market close
on November 10, 2021.
This will be followed by a conference call at 5
p.m. Eastern Time during which management will discuss its
quarterly earnings, elaborate on the CATL battery agreement and
future localization plans, and provide more details on launch plans
for the Class 3 Urban Utility vehicle.
