Effective
as of October 20, 2008, Lori Withrow no longer serves as Secretary of the
Corporation and Gregory Fess no longer serves as Chief Operating Officer
of the
Corporation. Effective as of October 24, 2008, Jason Roberts was elected
as
Secretary of the Corporation.
Mr.
Roberts has served as in-house counsel of the Corporation since 2004. He
obtained his law degree from Indiana University School of Law -Bloomington
and
worked for nine years in D.C. as a telecommunications law attorney.
