On August 6, 2024, Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and reaffirmed its 2024 outlook for revenue and contribution margin. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
