Sanyo Color's growth and its executives' focus on improving customer service led to the search for a new business software solution. During the software evaluation and selection process, Sanyo Color studied the offerings of six ERP providers. They quickly found that Epicor was the company with the solution that best fit the specific needs of Sanyo Color: accurate, real-time information that provided superior visibility into data to simplify the decision-making process.

"For the 10 years prior to selecting Epicor's business solution, we had an in-house system which gave us good results. However, in recent months it became increasingly clear to us that our in-house system was outdated, particularly the manufacturing functionality, which was limiting our ability to scale our business. We needed end-to-end traceability in the enterprise," said Maximiliano Del Santo, sales director of the division Sanyo Jafep. Sanyo Color started the Epicor project in February 2011 and expects to finish implementation within the next six to eight months.
