As defined in Rule 203(c)(6) of Regulation SHO, a “threshold security” is any equity security of any issuer that is registered under Section 12 of the Exchange Act, or that is required to file reports under Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act (commonly referred to as reporting securities), where, for five consecutive settlement days:

There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security; The level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding; and The security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO).

A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Regulation SHO to eliminate the “grandfather provision” effective October 15, 2007. Please refer to Regulatory Alert #2007-086 for complete details.

On January 2, 2007, a Regulation SHO Threshold List for NASDAQ and OTCBB stocks was not published on NASDAQTrader.com. As a result, certain original published Regulation SHO Threshold/NASD 3210 Lists listed below have been modified. Please review General News 2007-022 for complete details.

Certain securities included in the July 7, 2006, Regulation SHO Threshold List published on the NASDAQ Trader website should not have been included. Firms are advised to refer to NASDAQ's General News item and review the revised list of securities subject to the Regulation SHO requirements for July 7, 2006.

.05 - 52 wk low?

This is easily going to keep on going up based on momentum players, its thin at the ask so lets enjoy the ride

I am glad to have bought the bottom shares at 0.05. EUBK should back
to the previous 52-week low 0.2335 soon. Please do not sell at bid!

If the stock goes to the Pink Sheets the new 52-week low will be the
0.001 or 0.01. For OTCBB market the new low will be 0.01 or 0.02...

If the stock goes to the Grey Sheets the new 52-week low will be the
0.001 or even 0.0001 as ITYCQ did.

If it is CH11 the price will hit as low as .02. But if it is CH7 the price will hit as low as 0.01.

FDIC closed the bank. When will holding company file the bankruptcy?

best i can tell it is a holding company
like wamuq and cbcgq so it should have life after
death? i almost jumped on this one as it sank
guess the moral of the story don't buy bank stocks
on friday when the fdic usually seizes them! or hold them
for that matter

WASHINGTON (TheStreet) -- Regulators shut down three Puerto Rico banks Friday and four other banks in three states, bringing this year's total number of failed U.S. banks and thrifts to 64.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. was appointed receiver and found buyers for all the failed banks, but it was a very expensive evening, with combined costs of $7.3 billion for the agency's deposit insurance fund.
Significant Consolidation in Puerto Rico
Three of Puerto Rico's 10 banks were closed by the commonwealth's Commissioner of Financial Institutions. The FDIC sold all three to other Puerto Rico institutions. The offices of all three failed banks were set to reopen during normal business hours as branches of the acquiring banks.

Eurobank of San Juan
Eurobank had $2.6 billion in total assets and was a subsidiary of EuroBancshares(EUBK). The failed bank's $2 billion in deposits were acquired by Oriental Bank and Trust of San Juan for a 1.25% premium. Oriental Bank and Trust, a subsidiary of Oriental Financial Group(OFG), also agreed to take over the failed bank's assets, with the FDIC agreeing to share in losses on $1.6 billion. The agency estimated the cost to its deposit insurance fund from Eurobank's failure would be $743.9 million.

Not bad at all looks like its bouncing. Monday should be interesting on how it goes from there. Lots of reason to think this can go up over a dollar but need to maintain momentum
