Stockholders of First Horizon Pharmaceutical Corporation (NASDAQ:FHRX), voting today at the Company's 2006 Annual Meeting, approved the Company's name change to Sciele Pharma, Inc. The Company's stock will begin trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market under the new symbol "SCRX," effective June 19, 2006.
