The Board of Directors of Frontier Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FTBK), have declared a $.16 per share third quarter cash dividend to shareowners of record as of July 11, 2005, and payable July 25, 2005. "This represents a 23.1% increase over the third quarter of 2004, and a 14.3% increase over the 2nd quarter 2005 cash dividend paid. This is the twenty-third consecutive quarter in which the cash dividend has increased. Frontier paid a cash dividend of $.14 per share, adjusted for the 3-for-2 stock split paid on May 16, 2005, to shareowners in the second quarter of 2005," said Mike Clementz, President and CEO.
