Just announced a 6 month merger extension. They now have till the end of June /2022 to finalize the merger.

In addition, looks like they lower the valuation of the deal from $9.3B to $7.9B.

That SEC form 4 is huge catalyst. When is this merger closing?

FTCV may be more investor friendly than many other spac/mergers.
