Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On November 5, 2019, Frontier Communications Corporation (“Frontier”) issued a press release announcing its third quarter 2019 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
As previously announced, Frontier will hold a conference call at 4:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on November 5, 2019, to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2019. Also furnished and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.2 is supplemental material to be used in connection with the conference call.
