3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On
December 8, 2022, Globalink Investment Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter (the “Letter”) from the Listing
Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that the
Staff determined that the Company had regained compliance with the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Listing Rule”) as
a result of the Company’s filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2022 (the “Form
10-Q”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on December 6, 2022. As the Company has regained
compliance, the Letter confirmed that the matter was now closed.

December 12, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing its receipt of the Letter. A copy of the press release is attached hereto
as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
