( 1)  The reporting person was issued these shares of common stock pursuant to a restricted stock award representing a contingent right to receive 2,500 shares of GMTC common stock. On December 17, 2010, one-half of that award or 1,250 shares vested.
( 2)  On December 17, 2008, the reporting person was issued a restricted stock unit award representing a contingent right to receive 2,500 shares of GMTC common stock. On December 17, 2010, 1,250 of those shares vested and the remaining 1,250 shares will vest on December 17, 2012.
