commencing July 10, 2015, holders of
the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of
17,250,000 units completed on May 26,
2015 (the "IPO") may elect to separately trade the ordinary
shares and warrants included in the units. No fractional warrants
will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants
will trade. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the
NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "GPIAU" and the ordinary
shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the NASDAQ
Capital Market under the symbols "GPIA" and "GPIAW,"
respectively.
