Disclosure
At a meeting held on July 15, 2008, the
Board of Directors of GS Financial Corp. (the “Company”) approved a quarterly
cash dividend of $.10 per share. By press release dated July 16,
2008, the Company announced the declaration of the quarterly cash dividend,
which is payable on August 13, 2008 to shareholders of record as of July 29,
2008.

is made to the Company's press release dated July 16, 2008, which is included as
Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference
thereto. The press release attached hereto is being furnished to the
