Michael B. Smith Promoted to Senior Vice President at Hill International

construction risk, announced today that Michael B. Smith has been
promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of Hill�s offices in
Irvine, California and Phoenix, Arizona. He was previously a Vice
President with the company�s Project Management Group. Smith has
more than 27 years of experience in project management for
transportation and building projects, including a strong background
in project controls, project planning, cost control, estimating,
scheduling, forecasting, and claims management on both public- and
private-sector projects. Smith joined Hill through KJM &
Associates, Inc., which Hill acquired in May 2007. Prior to joining
KJM, Smith was Operations Manager for PMC/Solutions, Inc. Before
that, he was a Project Controls Manager for Jacobs Engineering
Group, Inc. Smith earned his Certificate in Management Practice for
Engineering and Technical Professionals from the University of
