The majority don't vote Yes, it's a huge pile of bs! The minute the company announces a meeting to "vote" for a RS, it's already a done deal. Part of the corruption that has infiltrated our markets since this garbage, corrupt ass administration took over 4 years ago.

Most of them do this, they let the stock fall below $1, then, instead of trying to get good news and positive happenings in the company, they rely on a RS to bail them out. The potential of massive returns get destroyed at every RS. Why do may voted on this I will never understand.

If a penny stock company would focus on building their business, selling a product, and generating profits - then the stock price would take care of itself. These are R/S cash machines, and that is their primary source of revenue.

Then maybe Nasdaq needs to change their rules regarding a RS. How about the constant shorting and MM manipulation that's putting these companies in a position to have to rs in order to be compliant. This year has seen a tremendous uptick in rs because of the ridiculous amount of shorting, naked shorting,
MM and dark pool manipulation. Maybe the SEC needs to investigate that instead of focusing on the victims of this corrupt ass market.

The SEC is supposed to be policing penny stocks to make sure that they are not abusing the R/S option. All too often (such as HOLO) they do the R/S so that they can dump/dilute to raise $$ to pay the fat cat insider salaries and pension plans. The SEC does not police this abuse like they should. HOLO just had an R/S on/2/2/2024 (1 for 10), and now another one. And the SEC turns a blind eye.

Reverse split is never good for the investor. your 20,000 shares turned into 1000 shares, yes they are in a way worth more but why would someone invest in a company when one day their stock is .28 and the next day its $5.60 but that company did nothing to increase its worth. So before those 20k shares with a stock value going up to $4 would be worth $80k and now that same stock reversed to 1000 shares the stock would now have to go-to $80 to be worth 80K. Its not exact and depends on what you originally bought it for but basically now it has to go up 20x more than before. I don't understand why the stock exchange has this rule of staying above $1 when companies just reverse everytime and destroy the original investors worth.
