firm, today announced that Matt
Knoeck and Sharon Albert have
joined the company as Senior Vice President, Healthcare and Vice
President, Marketing, respectively, to bolster the company's
Healthcare Group.

Knoeck rejoins Harris Interactive from TNS with nearly two
decades of experience advising and developing clients along with
organizing and leading client-centric research teams. He will be
responsible for increasing the company's market presence in the
healthcare industry with a particular focus on stakeholder
research.
Albert brings more than 25 years of experience designing and
implementing marketing communications strategies and research for
public, corporate and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. She
will be responsible for advancing the strategic direction and
marketing strategy for the company's healthcare offerings,
including Strategic Health Perspectives (SHP), an annual
intelligence service that helps clients identify and understand
current issues and emerging trends within the healthcare
marketplace.

Research. Knoeck has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication
from Iowa State University.
Albert earned a Master of Science in Technology and
Information Management from the Polytechnic University, a PhD in
Public Health Social Work from the University
of Denver Graduate School of Social Work, a Master of Public
Administration from the University of
Denver Graduate School of Public Administration, and a
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Geography from the University of Denver.
