Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWKN), a leading specialty chemical and ingredients company, has completed the acquisition of the assets of Water Guard, Inc. Water Guard distributes water treatment chemicals and equipment for its customers in Virgina and the Carolinas.
