ICTS International N.V. (NASDAQ:ICTS), a leading provider of
advanced security services, reported today that its wholly owned
subsidiary I-SEC Homeland Security B.V., (I-SEC HLS), has delivered
a security training program developed for the management of a major
mass transit operator providing services in a large region in
Italy. The training program was developed in view of the increased
threats faced by this industry, and adapted to meet the particular
characteristics of this client. It is based on the extensive
know-how and numerous years of experience accumulated by I-SEC
HLS's experts in public transportation and mass transit security in
various risk environments. This component of the training program,
delivered in June 2006, comprises the first in a series of
specialized courses that will be subsequently delivered to this
mass transit operator's frontline employees. I-SEC HLS has
previously conducted a security training program, completed several
months ago, for another major Italian mass transit operator,
receiving extremely favorable feedback. I-SEC HLS is preparing to
perform similar training programs with additional mass transit
operators in several other European countries as well. These
programs will also be adapted to meet each client's particular
needs, placing emphasis on the variety of security issues relevant
to each mass transit operator's operations and environment. About
