On August 20, 2024, Assure Holdings Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Company” or “Assure”), announced that its special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) scheduled at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on August 21, 2024, at the Las Vegas Marriott Laughlin Conference Center, 17th Floor, 325 Convention center Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89109, has been canceled.
