October 24 2023 - 9:36AM
Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), the standard in managing and securing Apple at
work, announced that it has been recognized as one of the 2023 Best
Workplaces for Women
™by Fortune and Great Place to
Work®, ranking in 98 place. Earning a spot means that Jamf is one
of the best technology companies to work for in the country and the
only Minnesota-based company to make the list. This is Jamf’s
second time being named to this prestigious list.
"At Jamf, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive and
supportive work environment that enables all of our employees to
thrive," said Michelle Bucaria, chief people officer at Jamf. "We
are proud to offer a flexible work environment, encourage a ‘lead
with trust’ philosophy from the top down and support our employee
resource groups, including Women@Jamf, in impacting workplace
culture. It is due to the dedication and talents of Jamfs from
diverse backgrounds that we continue to be recognized as a top
workplace year after year. We are proud of this achievement and
grateful to every employee who contributes to making Jamf such an
outstanding place to work."
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work
analyzed the survey responses of over 600,000 women who work for
Great Place To Work Certified™ companies that were eligible for the
list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women,
and have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women and
at least one executive who’s a woman.

model, employees have the flexibility to live a well-balanced life
with the autonomy to be their best selves and do their best

learn and engage with each other on relevant topics.
Jamf champions women in tech from the top
downWomen remain underrepresented in tech leadership,
occupying just 25% of jobs and under 20% of leadership roles
industry-wide. Jamf aims to buck this trend through providing
advancement opportunities and nurturing gender diversity. In 2023,
women accounted for nearly 40% of the management positions at Jamf,
exceeding the rates typically seen in the technology industry.
Furthermore, our worldwide women's retention rate matches our
overall voluntary retention rate of 90%.
Earlier this year, Jamf was listed at a U.S. News Best
Technology Companies to Work For by US News. In 2022, Jamf also
ranked as a Fortune 100 Great Place to Work®, and in 2021 as a Best
