2010 Customer Experience Index and factors affecting the bottom

Research, Inc. is a leading researcher into the various approaches

issue. The “Customer Experience Index, 2010” by Forrester Research,
Inc., January, 2010 is an analysis resulting from a survey of more
than 4,600 US consumers and includes ratings for 133 large firms
