breakthrough state of the art call center scripting tool,
Jacada® Agent Scripting (JAS) V6.0, with immediate
availability of a downloadable version from its website

Jacada® Agent Scripting V6.0 continues the company’s
heritage of innovative product development by providing a next
generation call center scripting and customer experience process
flow product.
