Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 15, 2024, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 25, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

 

FRANKLIN, Tenn., October 15, 2024 – Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.77 per share. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 25, 2024.
