(NASDAQ: KIDS) announced today that, as a result of the company's
filing for voluntary protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S.
Bankruptcy Code before the United States Bankruptcy Court in
Wilmington, Delaware on December 28, 2008, on December 30, 2008 The
Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company that the company's shares
will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market. The company does
not intend to take any further action to appeal Nasdaq's decision,
and therefore it is expected that the company's common stock will
be delisted effective after the close of trading on January 7,
