perfectly with CHPD’s research-based solutions in leadership
development, diversity & inclusion and executive coaching. The
strength of our combined company broadens significantly the
services we can offer to our clients.”
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Kenexa
does not expect the transaction to have a material impact on the
company’s non-GAAP net income. The company will provide guidance
for the third quarter and full year 2010, which includes the
anticipated contribution from CHPD, when it issues its financial
results for the second quarter 2010.
