     Beginning on June 2, 2010, Legacy Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to distribute and make available to investors a Power Point presentation about the Company’s strategies and financial performance thru the quarter ended March 31, 2010. A copy of the materials to be used by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
