those inside buys were gravy to me..after the fact(my taking a position)...i love the "non-debt"....and i love sourceforge... been visiting their website for applications for quite some time

We may have been snuckered by those nice insider buys. Two more buys just reported in after hours and both for 100k shares at .001. Usually this type of discount has an explaination on why the low price. These form 4's gave no indication. Jim

sourceforge is healthy on cash..and ripe.......

Crazy trading at 15:48. PPS was hanging tough at 1.59 and then a hundred or so small trades went through in the range of 1.40 to 1.55. Many in the 1.40's. Back to 1.57 now.

Like the large buys by management the last week or so. All in the mid 1.60's. Patience required here, but should pay off. Jim

Looks like LNUX may have found a bottom here. Most trades passing on the ask for awhile @2.30 on decent volume.

Stepping out here to see what effect analyst's downgrade has.

Can't see a downgrade coming from yesterday's ThinkEquity presentation with CEO/pres. Ali Janab, which maybe means LNUX can still run.

But the Tuesday's presentation given by CFO Patty Morris at Merriman Curhan Ford Investor Summit just wasn't delivered as well.

If that's the cause of Matrix's downgrade, it may have little effect at all, imo.

Just finished listening to LNUX'S presentation given buy CEO/pres. Ali Jenab @ ThinkEquity's G5 Growth Conference.

Noting that ThinkEquity is also one of LNUX's analysts...........

....I thinks it's possibly that ThinkEquity will revise the rating and price target upward perhaps within a short period
with the issue of LNUX's expected net income for Q4 laid out clearly and on track.

Still got the restriction in place at the moment though.

AMTD just accepted my purchase online with fill. Perhaps the trade restriction has been lifted.

The pps is where it's at now, because the company previously announced it expected its Q4 net income was less than what analysts had projected, as far as I can tell.

Then the company oversold below analysts' new price targets, which were set following the company's expected earnings announcement in late August.

As far as I can tell the OS has increased only from 63.59 mil
to 67.88 mil.

You can call the TA directly, if you want to confirm that and also get the current A/S.

If you do, post the info here, if you wouldn't mind.

Why have the upgrades to LNUX not been through PR's yet all the downgrades and montley fool garbage have been labeled all over the place. The company is doing fine and has a ton of money yet is being held down for reasons not so certain by myself.

Has the O/S been increased?

This thing is and has been way over sold for awhile unless there up to no good. Has LNUX no ability to send out some sort of positive PR regarding themselves, what are they waiting for? 1's?

They refuse to clarify the reasoning for their action, although they allow much smaller, non-reporting (pinksheet) companies to trade freely through Etrades online platform.

Given their sheer size in Etrade's securities accounts throughout the U.S. and internationally, this is undoubtedly is inhibiting the trading and liquidity of LNUX and contributes to an undesirable image among an unknown number of potential investors.

Just talked to AMTD and FYI...They also have the trade restriction against online purchase for LNUX. The date of the restriction was 31July07.
