Sky-mobi Limited Special Committee Retains Financial Advisor and Legal Counsel

Sky-mobi Limited ("Sky-mobi" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:MOBI),
a mobile application platform and game publisher in China,
today announced that the special committee (the "Special
Committee") of the Company's board of directors (“the Board”) has
retained ROTH Capital Partners, LLC as its financial advisor and
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as its United States legal
counsel in connection with its review and evaluation of the
previously announced preliminary non-binding "going private"
proposal letter (“the Proposal”) that the Board received on June
23, 2016.
The Board cautions the Company's shareholders
and others considering trading in the Company’s securities that
neither the Board nor the Special Committee has made any decision
with respect to the Company's response to the Proposal. There can
