On
May 10, 2017, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Capital
Market’s minimum bid price continued listing requirement. The letter noted that the closing bid price of the Company’s
common stock has been in excess of the $1.00 minimum requirement for the last 10 consecutive trading days, from April 26 to May
9, 2017. As a result, Nasdaq considers the matter closed and the Company will no longer need to do a reverse stock split.
