Assignment of Ralph Leslie Jones

Effective on March 23, 2022, the board of directors of Bit Brother Limited (the “Company”) appointed Mr. Ralph Leslie Jones as an executive director of the board. The biographical information of Mr. Jones is set forth below.

Mr. Jones, age 69, has served as business manager of Jiangsu Jinding Electric Tools Group Co., Ltd since January 2014. From January 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Jones was the owner and proprietor in MC² Power Tools. From December 1974 to December 1999, Mr. Jones served as Product Development Manager of Craftsman Brand Products of Sears Canada Inc. Mr. Jones obtained his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Saint Thomas University.

Mr. Jones does not have a family relationship with any director or executive officer of the Company and has not been involved in any transaction with the Company during the past two years that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.

Mr. Jones also entered into a director offer letter (the “Offer Letter”) with the Company which establishes other terms and conditions governing his service to the Company. The Offer Letter is qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete text of the Offer Letter, which is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
