NewAge, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed period without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company continues to work to finalize its financial statements to be filed as part of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-K”) and requires additional time to complete the Form 10-K. Until the Company finalizes the Form 10-K, it will be unable to file the Form 10-Q without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as reasonably practicable after filing the Form 10-K.
