(1) | Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") is the economic equivalent of one share of common stock of New York Mortgage Trust ("NYMT"). Each RSU is settled in one share of common stock of NYMT upon vesting and vests in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date. 77,815 RSUs will vest on January 1, 2023, 59,980 RSUs will vest on January 1, 2024 and 29,868 RSUs will vest on January 1, 2025. |
