Item 8.01.  Other Events.

 

On September 30,  2015,  Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plan to release its third  quarter 2015 results after the close of the market on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. The Company announced that it will host an investor conference call and webcast to review the results on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. Central Time. The webcast will include a slide presentation which consists of information regarding the Company's operating and growth strategies and financial performance. The presentation materials will be posted on the Company's website on October 21, 2015. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Third  Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

 

September 30, 2015, Stillwater, Oklahoma . . . . Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ Global Select Market - OKSB), (“Southwest”), today announced that it plans to issue a news release reporting third  quarter 2015 results after the market closes on Tuesday, October 20, 2015.  The news release will also be available at that time on Southwest’s website at www.oksb.com.

Conference Call/Internet Audio Broadcast Information
