On October 19, 2007, the Company reported the results of operations for the quarter and the nine months ended Sepetember 30, 2007 and its financial condition as of that date. On October 18, 2007, the board of directors declared a dividend of $.18 per share payable on December 14, 2007 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2007.
