Regulation FD Disclosure
 
On May 18, 2022, Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration by the Board of Directors on May 18, 2022, of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on June 21, 2022 to shareholders of record as of June 7, 2022. For additional information, reference is made to the Company’s press release, dated May 18, 2022, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
