PMA Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:PMACA) announced that Stephen Kibblehouse has joined the organization as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Kibblehouse is responsible for the legal functions of the entire PMA Capital organization, both at the holding company and the subsidiary levels, including the in-house counsel staff operation for all of PMA�s offices. Mr. Kibblehouse, whose legal career spans 24 years, was previously Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Tower Group, a publicly traded company located in New York, New York. He has significant experience directing the legal affairs of publicly traded companies as well as working with insurance regulatory and compliance issues.
