Conference
Call to Discuss Business Combination
On
February 6, 2023, Modulex Modular Buildings Plc (“Modulex”), a UK-based, globally focused “ConstrucTech” manufacturer
of modular buildings and PHP Ventures Acquisition Corp. (“PHP”) (Nasdaq: PPHP / PPHPU / PPHPW/ PPHPR), a special purpose
acquisition company, announced it will host a conference call on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the
business combination agreement (the “Business Combination Agreement” or “BCA”) announced on December 8, 2022.
Modulex
CEO and Founder Suchit Punnose, and PHP CFO and Director Garry Stein will host the conference call, which can be viewed during the webcast
