Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 28, 2009, Quest Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Partnership’s general partner has decided to suspend distributions on the Partnership’s common units, beginning with the distribution for the fourth quarter of 2008, which was scheduled to be paid in mid-February 2009.

 

A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is herby incorporated by reference.
