Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

Sport Supply Group, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on March 17, 2008 disclosing its intention to transfer the listing of its Common Stock from the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) to the NASDAQ Stock Market (NASDAQ). On March 27, 2008, Sport Supply Group, Inc. filed a Form 25 notification of the voluntary removal of its Common Stock from AMEX and as of Friday, March 28, 2008, its Common Stock commenced trading on the NASDAQ under its existing ticker symbol: "RBI".

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 28, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing the Board had approved and declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the Company’s common stock for the third quarter of fiscal 2008, which ends March 31, 2008. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on April 30, 2008, to all stockholders of record on the close of business on April 11, 2008. The Company also announced that it commenced trading on March 28, 2008 on the NASDAQ under its existing ticker symbol: "RBI". A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
