(b) Mr. Vikas M. Keswani has notified the Board of Directors of Redbox Entertainment Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors effective February 14, 2022. Mr. Keswani did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
