Item 8.01  Other Events.

On January 21, 2016, the board of directors of Resources Connection, Inc. (“Resources” or “the Company”) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 17, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 18, 2016. The Company’s board of directors will assess and approve future dividends quarterly.

(NASDAQ: RECN), announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a $0.10 per share cash dividend, payable on March 17, 2016 to all shareholders of record on February 18, 2016.
