Good morning... i'am done being negative on this board about this stock. I was never short the stock. Just a furious stock holder that knew he was locked into a sinking ship stock. I'm sure all the stupid angry things I said about the stock did not influence it in any way. I have watched many of these small companies... some personally owning and some to watch a comparison... I have never seen one make it that get to this point. Lost a bundle on this one. The story is clever... hope it does spike for everyone. I personally don't see how or why.. share count is rising ect... guess we will see. Good luck if you hold it.

after this placement they are getting up there in shares now. These companies love reverse splits to wipe out current holders and make it more attractive for future (I call them suckers..) you call them what you want.

fantastic news. sounds like the offering went very quickly and easily - always a great sign, and run by a reputable bank. this gives the company enough financial runway to reach 2026 - the financial uncertainty is now completely off the table. my only regret was not adding more up to this point - but now that there is more volume / liquidity in the market, i will add steadily on any pullbacks.

for those who are curious, there are 2 research report out by reputable firms on RNXT that delve deep into the technology and the underlying company. Both have price targets of $4 on the stock. Of course, the potential is a large multiple of that number - as the $4 is fair value today (discounting an eventual approval which will cause the price to skyrocket).

LOL... no one sell.. this gives them cash til 2026. Everyone hold their shares til at least then... WHILE THEY DUMP THEIERS!!! LOL.. MORE BS.

Now, as for Pfizer....how does one lose 100% on a company nowhere near bankruptcy? I'll make it easy for you. Bought it 7/23/19 for $34.31. Down currently 18.25%. Of course the dividend is near 6%....oh wait. I actually added more at $27.62 on 2/12/24 doubling my position.
