Explanation of Responses:
(1) On June 16, 2023, reporting person gifted shares to a charitable organization.
(2) The reported amount gives effect to 6,721 shares that were withheld to cover taxes in an exempt transaction on August 26, 2022.
(3) In connection with the closing of the merger by and among Baytex Energy Corp. ("Baytex") and the Issuer as disclosed on the Form 8-K filed by the Issuer withthe SEC on June 20, 2023, the reported securities were exchanged pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement. The Reporting Person ceased tobeneficially own any Issuer securities upon consummation of the merger.
