On August 5, 2022, Reservoir Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the condensed consolidated financial results of the Company as of June 30, 2022 and for the three months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
