The results are as follows: Bruce W. Schnitzer, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Wand Partners, Inc., was re-elected to Chairman of the Board and the following individuals were re-elected to the Board of Directors: Scott L. Bok, Co-President of Greenhill & Co., Inc.; Robert H. Kullas, Former Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Operating Officer of Executive Risk, Inc.; Patrick K. McGee, Co-Founder and Member of Brazos Private Equity Partners, LLC; Parker W. Rush, President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic; Robert H.
