ITEM 8.01  OTHER EVENTS.
 
On June 2, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release disclosing the voting results of its annual shareholder meeting.  Both matters before the shareholders were approved.  As a result, Mr. Cao Lei and Mr. Joseph Jhu have been elected as directors of the Registrant, and Friedman LLP will serve as the Registrant’s auditor for the year ending June 30, 2009.  Mr. Jhu will be an independent director, will serve on the Registrant’s Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees and will be the Chair of the Compensation Committee.  A copy of the press releases is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 .
 
Separately, the Registrant has posted its management presentation from the annual shareholder meeting on its website.  A copy of the management presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 .
