(1) Since the reporting person's last report, these shares of Common Stock, which were directly beneficially owned by the reporting person, were transferred by the reporting person to a community property trust of which the reporting person and his spouse are trustees.
(2) These shares of Common Stock are owned by a community property trust of which the reporting person and his spouse are trustees with voting and dispositive power over the shares.
(3) Since the reporting person's last report, these shares of Common Stock, which were indirectly beneficially owned by the reporting person through a community property trust, were transferred by such community property trust to a family foundation of which the reporting person and his spouse are trustees.
