JWMI advances two spots in ranking of top
online MBA programs
For the fourth consecutive year, the Jack Welch Management
Institute (JWMI) is recognized on the The Princeton Review’s list
of top 25 online MBA programs, advancing two spots to #16 for 2020.
This marks JWMI’s highest ranking yet, with the Institute moving up
in rank each year it has applied.
The list is based on both surveys of administrators at the
schools and of students enrolled in the schools’ online MBA
programs.
“This recognition by The Princeton Review honors the commitment
of our faculty and student body to our game-changing business
education model that delivers real results,” said Jack Welch,
founder and Executive Chairman of JWMI. “I’m immensely proud that
we continue to rise in these rankings, which is a tribute to our
dedication to innovation and the success of our students.”
“JWMI's MBA program is exceptionally strong academically, and it
maximizes technology that enables students to interact with and
learn from faculty and students all over the world,” said Robert
Franek, The Princeton Review Editor-in-Chief. “We strongly
recommend JWMI as an outstanding choice for anyone considering an
online MBA.”
The Princeton Review ranks the top 25 online MBA programs based
on data from the company's 2018–2019 surveys of administrators at
more than 110 business schools offering online MBAs. The company
also factored in data from its 2018–2019 surveys of more than 6,000
students enrolled in the online MBA programs. More than 60 data
points were weighted to determine the list and rankings. The
criteria focused on five core areas: academics, selectivity,
faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes.
The Princeton Review’s feature, Best Business Schools 2020,
offers in-depth profiles of the top 25 online MBA programs. In
JWMI’s profile, The Princeton Review cites JWMI’s “learn it today
and use it tomorrow” approach from founder and former General
Electric CEO Jack Welch. Quotes from currently enrolled JWMI
students noted that JWMI’s high level of quality and convenience
are “undoubtedly matched in the sincere support and knowledge of
JWMI’s ‘top notch’ faculty.” In fact, JWMI students say they are
surrounded by like-minded classmates, all with the goal to “propel
their own careers forward, while enriching others with their
thought leadership.”
JWMI currently enrolls a diverse population of approximately
2,100 students, representing 47 U.S. states and 67 countries.
