Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 6, 2008 Specialty Underwriters' Alliance, Inc. (the "Company") announced financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the press release announcing the Company's results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
